Holistic Health Moment: Overcoming Overwhelm
I recall a while ago, when I ALWAYS felt a day was shorter than 24 hours...
When it just seemed like there was just never enough time to get things done ๐คฆ๐ฝโโ๏ธ
And now, I often sit in front of my precious patients, clients, mentees, generally people I serve, and it all seems like a replay of the place I once was ๐ฉ
Thank goodness, I can say I know better, and with confidence, I get to teach others to just end this maze before their bodies force them to do so through #disease processes
Allow me to share what I read most recently (Ref. BMC Biomed Central journal);
Research shows that people with long-term cognitive strain have higher stress levels and reduced work performance. Therefore, such individuals have diminishing work satisfaction and lower levels of wellbeing๐คฆ๐ฝโโ๏ธ
