Re-Introducing:
Dr. Lillian Nabukeera Kaliisa, a medical doctor with speciality in Family Practice & Public health [MMed,MPH], having spent over 15 years 🙈 practicing medicine. I am called to passionately serve ambitious professionals to have *completeness* through finding and living in true health (i.e. Whole health).
Most importantly, I am a wife and mother, which is my most fundamental training for being a nurturer.

I haven't always bodly sat in those shoes, but 3 years ago, this week, the trajectory of my life changed at the loss of my father, to circumstances that were purely avoidable, I believe. All the knowledge I know about disease processes, and the skill to coordinate care that I had acquired in the family medicine training and practice, just couldn't save his life😔

Out of literally being "lost", with multiple disease processes going on in my own life, and realising that the patients I was now struggling to help find healing, applying all the medicine I knew, was simply daunting 🤦🏽‍♀️. I was a MESS❗️I just had to be true and redefine what health really is; what is true health? Was I healthy? Was I living and giving off true health, the one I had literally spent 10 years studying🤦? All leads I sought, pointed me towards finding a complete "Lillian", a "Healed" Lillian; and therein lies my #purpose, my #calling, the reason I awake everyday; to be complete and help others find the same, through finding and living in (whole) health i.e. emotional/mental, physical and social wellbeing #holistichealth

So, here I am again, to serve you, not just in a consultation room, which I am extremely passionate about by the way, but in your closest spaces, where you find information that nourishes your soul. This time, nudging you "nicely", to rethink your HEALTH.
